The marriage solemnised at our registered trust by the priest/ panditji is legal and binding on both husband and wife. All the marriages are solemnised strictly according to rituals and customs of Arya Samaj as per Hindu Marriage Act 1955 and the Certificate of marriage issued by the trust duly signed by the priest/ panditji who performed the said Marriage is completely valid and proof of marriage.The formalities are quite simple. The age of boy who intend to marry should be of more than 21 years and that of girl should be more than 18 years on day of marriage and further boy and girl should not be within prohibited degree of relationship and not spindas of each other as per Hindu Marriage Act 1955. If boy or girl is less than legal marriageable age or falls within the prohibited degree of relationship or spindas as per Hindu Marriage Act 1955, their marriage can not and will not be performed at our trust as the same is against the law of land.
